Benson (“Ben”) Wilson is a dedicated criminal defence lawyer with a background in immigration law. He studied Global and International Studies at Carleton University before earning his J.D. from the University of Ottawa.
Before joining Vilkhov Law, Ben worked at a leading immigration law firm, where he developed a strong commitment to advocacy and protecting clients’ rights. His practice now focuses exclusively on criminal defence, guided by his belief in the presumption of innocence and the right to a fair trial.
