Associate
Asiyah is originally from Winnipeg, Manitoba, and earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Manitoba in 2019. She completed her J.D. at Queen’s University in 2024 and was called to the Ontario bar in 2025.
Her passion for criminal defence developed during law school, where she researched and wrote extensively on topics such as sentencing law and privacy rights in the context of warrantless searches.
At Vilkhov Law, Asiyah is eager to build on this academic foundation and apply it to practice. Outside of work, she enjoys weightlifting, travelling, caring for her cats, and spending time with loved ones.
